There might be several reasons for that.
1) Need to look different tracking page.

2) Sometimes tracking is just not updated, we had several customers who received the item, but tracking was still not showing this.
Once the package lands in your country the most up to date information is displayed on your local post service website

Canada - Canada post
Australia - Australia Post
UK - Royal Mail
Netherlands - PostNL
etc
Recommendation
1) Contact your local post to get more information
